I had low expectations but this was way better than expected. The people were great.
The guy I spoke to was nice and patient in answering my questions. FYI It's 72hrs before the hold is release from dmv then you can register a vehicle. It typically takes 72hrs but the next day after paying ALL of you car taxes you can check DMV-CT-Compliance to see if the hold was release & every day after that. Dmv is NOT the only place to register vehicles. Mobile Registration Services (40 Fairfield Ave Bpt, CT) offers same day registrations.
Great facility for residents to be able to get rid of rubbish. Most of the staff are polite and professional.
Bridgeport being Bridgeport, you don't have to pay your taxes on time because the tax assessor doesn't do their job properly. I've paid on time, but yet I can't get my new vehicle registered. Wait 24 hours, then wait another 24 hours. Be wary!
