We came in to see James Bruce to update my mom's estate plan, and were very pleased with the process and the results. From the onset, Mr. Bruce was a good listener and he was clear, understandable and responsive to what was needed for this update. My mom felt that he was pleasant and took the time to discuss things. She also felt confident that he was only doing what he deemed necessary, and she appreciated how he did not press her for decisions. James explained everything about wills and trusts and gave us time to think it over and then answered all our questions and was quick to draft our documents.
