I've been ordering here and there over the years, my first leather leash from here still looks good as new to this day. I've recently custom ordered a tan agitation collar, as this seems to be the only place i can find agitation collars in a smaller size for my dainty malinois mix. The customer service was excellent, i was emailed confirming my order along with the timeframe it would take to make and then again when the collar was in the mail - weeks before the date given. Love this place! Bridgeport K9 staff are always helpful and courteous. For an ultra-small business, Catherine and her team go above and beyond to help and will go the extra mile whenever possible. The attention to detail, customer service, and quality is why I will never purchase from a big box store or Amazon again - I know what I’m getting is a high-quality product from a high-quality team.
