I was looking for a 1/4” leash that was 10’ long and was unsuccessful until I stumbled across Bridgeport K9. The customer service was outstanding! They reached out to their supplier and he agreed to make the lead. They communicated every step of the way. The lead arrived when promised and is exactly what I had hoped for. I have been sharing this company with all of my dog training friends. Thank you for a great product and such great customer service!
My wife ordered a double strap support harness for my service dog and me. When it came, she unpacked it and got ready for me to tell her everything I didn't like about it. It is excellent. Design, quality leather, workmanship, all outstanding. A little over $100 and worth every penny.
I've been ordering here and there over the years, my first leather leash from here still looks good as new to this day. I've recently custom ordered a tan agitation collar, as this seems to be the only place i can find agitation collars in a smaller size for my dainty malinois mix. The customer service was excellent, i was emailed confirming my order along with the timeframe it would take to make and then again when the collar was in the mail - weeks before the date given.
