We dropped a riding mower off to them to be checked out and fixed, after them having the mower for 3 weeks they told us they aren’t able to fix it and it needed to be picked up. After going to pick it up we were informed that the “guy working on it quit”, when we dropped it off it was put together, when we picked it up there were parts missing.
Knew better but dropped a chainsaw off two weeks ago to have a fuel line replaced….didnt have the part and supposedly takes a week to order it….. a part all other stihl dealers keep in stock….. was told Monday it should be fixed Tuesday…. Went today to pick it up regardless and was charged $93 and got it back in pieces…… and the service lady was disrespectful and smart
The most disrespectful service department i have ever encountered.
