When I began, the facility had been without a Director of Nursing for months. There was no working organizational structure in place. Some of the critical deficiencies I walked into included: • No policies or procedures. • No rotating staff schedule. • No housekeeping or laundry schedules. • Daily trash not being completed by any staff despite being offered in care plans. • No central supply room—only a small closet. • Infection control violations throughout the building. • Over 100 residents with incomplete or disorganized ... read more
With consistent turnover of multiple mgmt and other key upper rolls in the facility., housekeeping and care standards have fell drastically. Very disappointed 😞 look past the 1st floor for condition. These are facts just ck them out before you send your loved one here
5 stars all the way. My daughter and I live near by and like to take part in the community events this facility host. My daughter loves to come spend time with the residents. The facility is always clean. Always seems to be something going on. Live music, trivia and just very social environment. When we have eaten there the food has been amazing. The staff is always so nice and welcoming to us even though they are aware we are just volunteering. I can’t say enough about what I have seen here.
Bridgepointe Gardens is much more than just another Senior Living Facility. It’s a place that has the “home like feeling” where you or your loved one(s) can get the best care provided for your or their level of care. The staff and employees truly care about their jobs but more importantly they care about each of the residents and their health.
