This was my nearest dealer for the specific bike I was interested in. The shop was streets ahead of others we'd dealt with in terms of : knowledge, the clarity of explanations, flexibility around the test ride, snd good old-fashioned customer service. On bike collection day he ran through the features of the bike, mentioning some recently added features that weren't on the test bike. I just wanted to leave a review to shout out how helpful Bridgend Cycle Centre has been, especially Natalie. I have contacted a few skate stores trying to source a particular plate, and most stores have simply told me they don't have it in stock and that's that... until Natalie contacted me!! Firstly, she took the time to call me and explain why no where had this plate in stock which was incredible. Really friendly and helpful for roller skates and skateboards.
Had my bike repaired, was hoping spending nearly £400 quid they would clean off some of the cob webbs or at least wiped the frame over but I guess everything came at a price, bike was repaired and working great just missed that bit of good customer service
