Explain this to me. Sophia makes no damn sense unless I am delinquent. I didnt ask to have cancer and ask for help on one payment when I have had this vehicle almost two years. Payment always on time. Zero customer service & will never use them again! Time to trade in!
Too bad Google doesn't let me give zero stars. I came into contact with them after financing a car through Carvana. First issue, cosigner doesn't get to be on title, funny financially they are responsible but have to legal ownership rights. Mind you, it's not wild to request a spouse on the title as well even without cosigning. I bought a car off of Carvana and Bridgecrest is who partners with them. Long story short the same day I got the car is the same day I was in a accident and it was deemed a total loss. Im a dummy and didnt get gap. Anywho I paid 16k for the car and insurance only paid 11k. I had a remaining balance of 5k. I called Beidgecrest and asked if we could roll over the remaining balance onto a new auto loan.... they said no.. I asked if we could lower the monthly payments... they also said no. Their interest rates are insane. I bought a car through Carvana (BRIDGECREST IS THE COMPANY CARVANA USES FOR FINANCING) and got a 13% interest rate with a great credit score and zero previous missed payments on my credit profile. Refinanced a couple months later with a different company, same credit score, and got a 5% rate. It’s going to save me over $7000 in interest over the course of the loan. I purchased a car and have never once missed a pay. Became a furloughed federal employee I've been trying to make the payments from another account. Everytime I go to do it this company pulls money from an account I have already removed from the website. I have called and told them do not take money from this account and they do it any.
