This company has been amazing to us. Yes, their interest charges may be high but to be fair they accepted a loan to someone who doesn't have perfect credit. Not only that we have two loans with them. They are very understanding company. I do believe they care about their clients. Yes, their wait time can be long during busy hours. I am currently living the nightmare that I have read from so many of these 1 star reviews and frankly if I could have left zero stars I would have. Have had a total loss since December of 2024 and here we are in March and you want to talk about communication incompetence, this is ridiculous. Insurance issued deposit for value of vehicle and Gap coverage issued deposit as well and still no solution. I bought my car from Carvana over two years ago. My financing rate was supposed to be 6.9 which ended up being 12% after the paperwork was done and they started billing me on being announced to my acknowledgment. I go to sell my car and try to get pay on my car Loan it took me over a month to pay off my car loan. Terrible Experience – Avoid Bridgecrest! Bridgecrest submitted a lien release with errors to the registry back in April 2022 and never followed up to correct it. Now I’m stuck trying to clean up their mistake, and I can’t get a clean title from the DMV to sell my car. I’m about to lose a great offer on it — all because of their negligence. I had a 3 year plan to pay off my car (from signing). The car was totaled . Paid them 17k in November, now it is January and I'm now finding out im behind on payments. How am I behind 2 months later? I ask for an extension because I'm looking for a house. On Tuesday they tell me it will take about 2 days to process.
