This is my real honest raw review. I see that this company has a 1.4 star rating but I’m gonna be totally transparent and honest I got my vehicle through Carvana. Actually it was a 2020. Discovery made my payments on time not one late or missed payment and I’ve had my discovery for almost 2 years. Explain this to me. Sophia makes no damn sense unless I am delinquent. I didnt ask to have cancer and ask for help on one payment when I have had this vehicle almost two years. Payment always on time. Zero customer service & will never use them again! Time to trade in!
My experience with Bridgecrest was so bad that I sold my vehicle just to end my relationship with this company. Throughout my time as a customer, I encountered charges, practices, and account issues that I believe were improper and unjustified. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE company to deal with. Carvana had some helpful staff but since it took over 4 months to get the paperwork to even register the new vehicle my husband and I had to deal with Bridgecrest. They started the harassing texts, phone calls and emails 2 weeks before the 1st payment was due. I called them to let them know that on advisement from my lawyer I would not be making any payment until I received the proper paperwork to register the vehicle. This company is very suspicious- no wonder why banks refuse to refinance loans through this company. 9 minths after I refinance, i was told from another creditor that I had a 49 dollar balance still with Bridgecrest but I had received zero communication from Bridgecrest about this. Also, they showed a random principal balance only payment on 12/31/25 of $2.75 that I DID NOT make, amd still no communication. I will NEVER do business again with this lender unless there are some serious changes.
