I purchased a car and have never once missed a pay. Became a furloughed federal employee I've been trying to make the payments from another account. Everytime I go to do it this company pulls money from an account I have already removed from the website. I have called and told them do not take money from this account and they do it any. I bought a car off of Carvana and Bridgecrest is who partners with them. Long story short the same day I got the car is the same day I was in a accident and it was deemed a total loss. Im a dummy and didnt get gap. Anywho I paid 16k for the car and insurance only paid 11k. I had a remaining balance of 5k. I called Beidgecrest and asked if we could roll over the remaining balance onto a new auto loan.... they said no.. I asked if we could lower the monthly payments... they also said no. Horrible! No amount of communication can stop this company from calling. 1 day behind and I got 3 calls spoke to 2 different people advising "I will ensure this stops" payment was made by debit so it went immediately threw and still got multiple calls a day for 2 consecutive days. Do not use this company no matter how shitty your credit may be. Thankfully I refinanced!
I've had my ups and I've had my downs with this company, but I can tell you that they will work with you so long as you're transparent and keep them informed. My call today with Madison was top notch. Best associate I've dealt with so far and that's a shame because I'm almost paid off! Thank you Madison for the laughs and making my day a little brighter.
I have been having issues since being financed with this company. Seems like I get a call every day from them. When all I have been asking to do is combine my payments to make it easier for both parties. Even the app doesn’t work and I can never see future payments and they just take. In previous experiences there is always an opportunity to make at least one change throughout the life of the loan.
