Worst company to take a car loan from or deal with over the phone, every time I call it’s always the same snarky people who get mad and raise their voice over the phone to blow my ear drum because I ask for clarification lol. They work with Carvana who is bankrupt so they’re sure to rip you off too. Quick to take my money, but takes 3 different people to tell me when/how to get my title for my now property. If I could give zero stars, I would. This is the WORST auto loan company EVER!! TOTAL CROOKS! Fall on hard times, too bad! Make your payments on time for several years and then need an extension on one payment? Too bad, was literally told your loan has to be in "recovery" stage (repo) before they will defer a payment. No customer loyalty. Do yourself a favor... RUN OR REFINANCE!!!

They did a fraud on my debit card near $1000 I never heard before of them or had any conection with them
