Truewood is very welcoming and the staff is so friendly and professional. The manager, Ms. Susan, is incredibly caring and very supportive. My aunt has lived here for more than a decade and we love it here!
My sister moved into Truewood and she has been very happy! She was looking for a place that was affordable, safe, and clean—and she found all that and so much more. The community includes meals (which she has really enjoyed), cable, weekly housekeeping, and a safety monitoring system, along with so many fun activities and parties (thank you, Diana!). I moved my father here and he is thriving. Lots of activities and the staff is wonderful. I highly recommend this place for a loved one
My father-in-law moved here after his wife passed away about eight years ago. The staff and residents are like family to him, even though Dad is not the easiest person to get along with. All of the staff go out of their way to help Dad with EVERYTHING, and they let us know when they notice ANYTHING off.
