I was having some major tension in my upper back. Luckily, I came to the right place to get it relieved! Had a myofascial massage booked and my practitioner was very knowledgeable and thorough. It was a full body massage and they were able to pinpoint my problem areas without me even having to mention where they were, their expertise really shone through.
