My first session with Irene changed my concept of yoga and of how much better my body can feel . Irene is patient, educational, and empathetic. I am looking forward to continued working with Irene!
I was not expecting the calm and balance that came from polarity therapy with Irene. I do not know a whole lot about energy medicine, but I do how I felt and continue to feel afterwards- and that is what matters to me. If you are feeling stressed or out of sorts, I highly recommend Irene!!
