Great massage.
I recently finished a 50 hour class with Irene entitled "Somatic Space Holding" . It taught us how to create a neutral space when interacting with anyone you have a relationship with. I cannot recommend this class enough. The tools we learned to walk through life were profound.
I've had the privilege of learning and recieving from Irene for over five years through her sound offerings, yoga practices, bodywork, and as a student in both her yoga teacher training and her Polarity Perspective training. What I appreciate most is her ability to take profound concepts and make them accessible through direct experience and practice.
