When I started with him I was moving weight that I considered my beginner weight for how long I had been training. I couldn’t move a lot of weight. Now I’m moving the heaviest loads I’ve ever been able to do in exercises I normally struggle with! I highly recommend him to anyone trying to improve their technique, strength, or all around fitness!!
Dr. Trevor Souik is an amazing PT! After a knee injury, he created a customized plan that worked in with my weightlifting training. When I started working with him I couldn't straighten or bend my knee, now I'm back to my normal training! He does such a great job at getting athletes back to feeling amazing!
As a fairly experienced lifter, I’ve struggled with plateaus and finding direction. This was all busted when working with Trevor. The dedication and feedback I got was amazing, and he was very responsive when I had questions. He did a great job of telling my WHY I was doing certain exercises as well as the reasons behind doing the precise variation that he had programmed for me, allowing me to learn as I advanced. The progress in strength and body image exceeded all of my expectations. I would recommend BTG to anybody.
Working with Trevor has been a breath of fresh air. As a high-level powerlifter, it's been difficult to find a Physical Therapist with knowledge suitable to keep me operating at a high level. Trevor's background as a lifter himself has been so helpful as he is able to tailor treatment to prepare me for the exact movements I'll be doing in training. For example, right now we are working on building upper mobility for holding the barbell during a back squat. Pretty cool!
Trevor is amazing. Very knowledgeable and communicative. He’s an excellent motivator, but has great patience for when life can get in the way of your goals. He does a great job of meeting my specific needs and goals no matter what stage of training I’m at.
