I was extremely disappointed with this company. After comparing prices with several other tax preparation services, I discovered that they charged me nearly 4 times what other reputable firms quoted for the same work. The pricing was not clearly explained upfront, and I felt blindsided when I received the final bill. I strongly recommend getting multiple quotes before committing to this company. Had I done more comparison shopping beforehand, I would’ve saved a significant amount of money.
After 3 long months of delay, several times called to pick up my return only to come home without them due to errors, she still got my tax returns done wrong with silly omissions like interests wrong figures. Waste of my $485.
