After experiencing considerable pain in my wrist for a long period of time I visited Gareth on a recommendation. He immediately diagnosed the issue as ligament strain and began weekly treatment of stretching / ultrasound therapy. Gareth also gave me advice for how I could aid healing whilst at home, recommending exercises and other tips and tricks. Highly recommend! I was diagnosed with a ruptured ACL in my right knee while on a skiing holiday. Gareth managed to squeeze me in the day after I got back from holiday. Using his expertise he was been able to explain my injury and put my mind to rest with what my options for treatment where. With his recommended exercise routine and ultrasound therapy, my knee pain has massively decreased while my range of movement/weight-baring has much improved. I can't thank him enough!
I have been treated by Gareth in the past with very good results. I have had a problem with my foot for sometime and have had various treatment without success. I went to see Gareth and after two appointments i cannot believe the improvement in my joint and the pain has reduced so much. I am carrying on with the exercises recommended by Gareth.
Fabulous treatment - had a shoulder/neck problem for months and Gareth relieved it in no time - would highly recommend
