I've been calling and emailing to get an update on my payment and I haven't heard back from them. I sent the invoice on June 9th and I haven't received the payment yet. I'll have to go against their bond. Be careful with this broker.

Do not waste your time and energy with these people. We have two invoices that have not been paid. One they sent a remittance advice, but the money never showed up in the account. I have called and get no one to answer. Left boicemails with no response. Have emailed with the same result. I am now using the NMFC rules and going after the money
