Great tellers
I started using Bridge as I was denied a loan for my first vehicle. Used them ever since. They don't have the best fees or best money market returns, but I like the credit union vibe. Every time I've been in, I've always been handled with sincerity and respect. The only reason I'm reviewing (to be honest) is I saw Bridge only had 3 stars, which is offensive to how good they actually are.
Very attentive staff and great service.
The tellers are amazing people. But in regards to the company and/or corporate: Worst bank I’ve ever banked with. We barely use the account due to all of the problems with over drafting. When I opened a bank account here, I specifically made sure NO overdrafting would happen. We are struggling as it is! The bank assured me that if the funds were not there, a charge could not be completed on my account. Great! Fast forward, none of that is true, and I can’t even begin to calculate the overdraft fees!! Hundreds!! $35 for every... read more
