I had a specific dress in mind for my wedding. No other salon had this dress, but Bridals by Jodi had it featured in one of their trunk shows. I had to custom order the dress and the process was super easy. They did everything and kept me informed of when it was ordered to when it came in. The staff there are absolutely wonderful. I got married a few weeks ago and bought my dress at Bridals by Jodi. The customer service was great and my gown looked gorgous. Everyone at the wedding thought I had flown to New York (like some of my friends). They could not believe I got it in North Charleston. The staff was extremely knowledgeable. I made a few changes to the dress, some at the last minute, and the staff and seamstress was very patient with me. I would highly recommend Bridals by Jodi.
