Kind and helpful, great selection of dresses and welcoming family environment. We had a bigger group and they where just amazing.
I had a bridal appointment scheduled via their online portal. I showed up roughly 10 early, the lady who met me at the door seemed extremely annoyed - my friend and I went in to tell them I was there for my appointment. Silence for a little until she says the spot got double booked and that they already had an appointment in the bridal room trying on dresses. From there it just got insanely awkward.
