SKIP the Alterations!!! I scheduled a last-minute sale rack appointment and found a dress I liked. My alterations were very disappointing. I paid $405 total: $60 for a bustle, $150 for hemming, $150 to add cap sleeves using fabric from my own dress, and $45 to take in the sides. I wore my wedding heels during the fitting/pinning appointment, but after the hemming, the dress was still too long and I was tripping over it. Kind and helpful, great selection of dresses and welcoming family environment. We had a bigger group and they where just amazing.
I had a bridal appointment scheduled via their online portal. I showed up roughly 10 early, the lady who met me at the door seemed extremely annoyed - my friend and I went in to tell them I was there for my appointment. Silence for a little until she says the spot got double booked and that they already had an appointment in the bridal room trying on dresses. From there it just got insanely awkward.
