As the mother of the bride, I called to make an appointment. Got there first thing on a Wednesday morning. Good thing I bought my sister because NO ONE helped me. A sales associate was helping someone else and she would occasionally glance my way to comment about a dress. Finally I mentioned that a particular dress I was interested in might be in the Massapequa store so she DID say she'd call them. STILL no help. I put on "The" dress..still no help. My experience for wedding dress shopping was an outstanding one. All employees were very helpful and friendly. Nicole, helped me find my perfect dress!! I then went back a few months later to get my bridesmaids dresses. We had another smooth and excellent experiences. I was also lucky enough to have Nicole help me again! She was great!
I have had a great experience at Bridal Reflections. As a military bride, I am touched at the opportunity to get my dress from your salon. I will be getting married in October 2010 so I still need to come for all of my fittings, etc, but I expect to have a wonderful experience!!From Megan
