This shop is very unprofessional and absolutely terrible at customer service. My bridal party and I were literally 5 minutes from arriving at the appointment that I made a month ago, we the shop called and advised me that they do not have bridesmaids dressed which is what I was going to the shop for. I already had my bridal gown and just needed bridesmaid dresses. After canceling the appointment, the rep told us and I qoute "go spend some time together and get lunch. Get some nachos. The Bridal House of Nashville has so many options for the modest bride and designers willing to create custom dresses! I fell in love with an all lace strapless dress and the designer was able to create a full bodice with square neckline, add sleeves, and added a full layer of sparkle tulle under the lace so I could have my dream dress, AND stayed in budget!
