This was an ok place until Covid. Last year, she was unable to get put taxes done in Time, and we had to do an extension. This year, I was told she would get it done….have to file an extension, then that it would not be completed in time. I was told she would pay any late fees that resulted. I sent many emails and letters and stopped in as well. I was never given anything back of the late fees, and interest that I had to pay, not to mention the higher fee we had to pay to get someone to take it on at last minute to get it fi... read more
