Ordered some hanging clips which were shipped promptly with Startrack. The package was signed for by an unknown party so we assumed it had been lost after much investigation. Peter from Bricor was helpful and took ownership of the issue. Contacting myself and the courier company multiple times. He even shipped replacement clips that day. I ended up receiving the original clips from the unknown party who was a neighbour. Basically can’t fault the service and Peter reallly went above and beyond.
