I enjoyed my stay at Woodlands. All the staff is friendly and will do anything you ask. I enjoyed the food, the therapy, and the activities they have. best place overall for quality care and quality of life.
Wound care was poor. I returned to the hospital for surgery to remove dead tissue.
I won't take my loved one back! Made reports talked to DON nothing is done about 2 CNAs that works 2nd shift is a good worker always here so she would have to be picking up extra shifts but constantly double briefing residents. 1 nurse is abusive older nurse that literally push and yells at patients in dementia unit. I wouldn't not put your loved ones here. Only okay unit is arbor and that's if a few of the nice day girls and guy work. Night one lovely nurse. This place is going down hill.
I stayed here for Physical Therapy. The staff was so sweet and accommodating.
This nursing home is always clean when i come to visit and the staff here are caring and attentive. My mother is happy!
