My mother has a mental illness and was sent there from Reed after she had spent about 2 weeks in the hospital they told me that she had Medicaid and that she had to pass a level 2 to get into the facility with a psychiatrist from the state and that and she did on the 10th of July I took up guardianship papers for my mother because of her mental illness and unable to take care of herself and they said they had a doctor and they would get them filled out at that time found out that my mom did not have Medicaid she did not send... read more

So far, seeing my dads experience in this place has been awesome! After being at Reid 2 times (1 week each), and a Neuro place in Indy (1 week, and their a JOKE!), Golden Rule helped us in a huge time in need. Dad was being discharged from a place in Indy (24hr notice), and dad has dementia symptoms. After calling place to place, Golden Rule answered the call and sent a Leasion to Indy for dad, and got a phone call a couple hours later that he was accepted!
