I've been trying to talk with my brother for 2 weeks. I'm calling from southern Indiana and can't just pop up there. The 1st time I called I was on hold for 25 minutes. No one ever picked up at the nurses' station. When I was transferred back to the operator, I asked her when was the best time to call. She gave me some recommendations. I called back at those time and still never got thru to the nurses' station, so I gave up. Today is my brother's birthday. I called again, no answer at nurses' station. This place is a dumpster fire of a facility. They are understaffed, unresponsive and uncompassionate. Phones don't get answered, requests for care go unfulfilled, doctors' orders are not followed and much of the staff is rude and unprofessional. The problems here are systemic. The state needs to come in and shut this place down for good and hold management accountable.
