My brother was there twice the first time in the rehab section was very nasty smells like urine, staff un-friendly and overall a crappy place to be but the second time they pushed us into putting my brother back this time around they have the best unit manager Emma and a nice lady doctor but the rest of the staff is very rude they look at patients like trash basically. they literally just push people out, but that black lady Emma was very kind so it's a mixed emotion,

I've been trying to talk with my brother for 2 weeks. I'm calling from southern Indiana and can't just pop up there. The 1st time I called I was on hold for 25 minutes. No one ever picked up at the nurses' station. When I was transferred back to the operator, I asked her when was the best time to call. She gave me some recommendations. I called back at those time and still never got thru to the nurses' station, so I gave up. Today is my brother's birthday. I called again, no answer at nurses' station.
