My wife came there to get better. After 2 weeks there, her insurance cancelled and that quick she was out that center. The place smelled, was dirty, they hardly washed her up and they were all pretty rude staff. Now I work with people everyday, it's our jobs to make them happy. Especially working in a health field your job is to care for people, it's such a shame that people who work in healthcare don't care about their patients, their just a number!

Allowed a hospice to give my son a medicine he should not have. After his passing, took over a month to get half of his belongings. I've been trying to get his medical records, which they seem not to want me to have.

Please don’t ever put yourself or a family member in here….id rather stay in the hospital or die

So far the Staff here have been great about helping my Parent’s transition to the facility. This is a very difficult time for both my Parent’s and Family as they both have been struggling with illness and us adjusting to them being away from home; I am grateful to all here who are making this transition Successful.
