I was looking for a store to get my bike repaired. Since the bike store i usually go to closed several years ago. I went into this store hoping to get the same warm, friendly care from my previous bike store. I was shocking surprised to have the employee KC Curd be as rude and condescending as soon as we walked in. His vibe , and way of treatment left me upset. I took my bike , and left . Even if i have to go further to get my bike fixed. I would not come back to this place.
I had the BEST experience with Brickwell Cycling and Multisports in Greenvale and I can't recommend their customer service enough! I have recently bought an adult tricycle and decided to get a professional help to assemble it. I came to the store and spoke to KC, who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He assembled the trike for us, saving us time and freeing us from the hassle of interpreting unclear assembly instructions. I had a fantastic experience with Brickwell in Greenvale. Very friendly and knowledgable staff. I tell all my friends to head here over REI or other local shops.
KC is great and very knowledgeable. Doesnt try to upsell and wants the customer to get something that will make sense for his /her skill set. Highly recommend it!
