Great store and I've gone for years, but when I stopped by today, I was surprised to see that the store was closed. There was a sign on the door saying as much and the whole place, including the service center in the back, was empty.
Workers are so nice and very friendly. Fixed my bike less than 10 mins and they want the best for their customers. They’re not greedy not the one who can get all the money from their customers. Recommended.
I just like to say brickwell bike shop in Farmingdale is absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to bleed my rear brake as a walk-in. I just showed up and they took care of me. No problem. Todd was at the front counter was very informative and took care of me The bike mechanic Russell absolutely amazing very good at what he does got me in no problem took a look at the situation. The Local Bike Shop you wanna go to! Between the outstanding mechanical skills of Russell and Todd's vast knowledge and enthusiasm of all things cycling, this bike shop cant be beat! I went in only knowing I wanted a new bike and I had lots of questions regarding riding bicycles. Todd took the time and had the patience to answer all of my questions and guided me on picking the right bike for the riding I intended to do. Needless to say, I'm very happy with my mountain bike and I ride all the time.
This shop is the best place to go to get on the road performing well and in your budget. Very knowledgeable, good selection and top notch customer service. Ask for Todd!
