My 95 year old stepfather has lived at Brickmont for 15 months. He was initially at Holbrook Independent Living, but eventually needed the services of an assisted living. Holbrook's Assisted Living was WAY more expensive. You cannot beat the value and services of Brickmont. The employees are kind and pleasant. The facility is really nice. Brickmont has been home to our 100 year old father for six months. We chose Brickmont Woodstock because of the location, and the cost effective all inclusive care they offer. We appreciate the care he receives from the wonderful staff. The concierge staff, the Activity director, Evette, and the Asst. Activity director, Lauren, are wonderful! If there were a 10-star rating, I definitely would have given Malcolm! he's super. Malcolm is very professional and exceeded my expectations. our mom enjoys having Malcolm as her caregiver as he ensured all her needs were met. we would love for Malcolm to know that his hard work is appreciated!

Since the ownership changed its very obvious that no one is in charge and no one is monitoring the staff. It use to be rated a 4.5 but it has went down to a 3.9 for a reason. I can't get a hold of anyone about anything. Yoni doesnt return anyones calls, even if you leave multiple voicemails asking her too. When shes there she just hides in her office.
