I phoned Ann Brickley on August 26, 2025 for a probate case. The phone was answered after a couple of rings, I was asked for my name, phone number, and email - all of which was repeated back to me correctly. It is September 8th and no one has called me back - I can account for all calls on my caller ID, nor has anyone emailed me back.
