I had some issues booking but got back on the schedule. I will say the price here is much better than most salons I’ve found in the area especially for short notice. I booked as a gift so I’m hoping the recipient will enjoy and I will update this review based on her feedback after the appointment :)
I think their website is having errors. Or may need redone. It’s not very easy to navigate and there’s a lot of duplicate listings under different service names. I call the phone help number and nobody answers but someone wants to text me and wasn’t the most polite on the text. I’m not sure if it may be a hacked site or be selling consumer’s informations but I have been getting spam texts and calls for Kansas spas since I put my number on their site for a booking and I didn’t go anywhere with the booking because it just seem... read more
The worst customer service I’ve ever received
What a gem! Caidyn is incredibly skilled, kind, and attentive. It’s inspiring to see someone so young doing such an excellent job. My facial was relaxing and left my skin glowing. I truly appreciate someone who understands mature skin, and she was beautiful about it. I will absolutely be returning and recommending her to others.
Gracie did a wonderful job and was very professional as well as thorough with waxing - highly recommend!
