I received a massage from Melissa and it was wonderful, and the customer service is lovely here. I scheduled one massage which was cancelled due to Hurricane Helene. They called personally to encourage a reschedule which I appreciated. I rescheduled. On the day of my massage I realized there was an overlap between the massage and another commitment I made.
