I had a tear in my couch, reached out and they were able to get it fixed same day.
The sectional my sister hired this company to reupholster was originally mine. My review is solely based on what has happened after they dropped it off at my house. First off, the smell!!!! It smells like an ASHTRAY, like someone who chained smoked lounged on it for the entire time it was gone because I am Not a smoker and it definitely did not smell like that when they picked it up. She is my hero! My rocking chair is where we rock before naps and bed. It had been well loved for almost 2 years. The bottom cushion straps broke and so fid the zipper. It was fixed quickly and for a great price. Very accommodating and friendly. It looks good as new. I couldn't be happier! Highly recommend!!
Drop off and same day repair! EXCELLENT job! Allie was prompt and friendly! DEFINITELY recommend!!! Will use again in the future!
