I had the unpleasant experience of having to deal with Mr. Bérichon for the sale on my condo since the buyer chose the notary. He was not helpful at all when it came to finding the appropriate documents I needed. He made me feel extremely stressed and anxious about the whole experience. When it came time to writing a check he was mad that my sister and I needed two separate checks and basically told us to figure out afterwards. If I could leave zero stars I would. We hired this notary to do a will search. The notary had us deal with Sylvie Berichon and she was absolutely terrible. She sat on information and refused to inform us. She had the results of the will search for over 1 month and a half and never called to inform us. She constantly made up excuses. We weren't sure we wanted to accept the succession so all we wanted was the results of the search (and there was no will), yet she kept forcing and pushing us to sign a declaration of heredity wh... read more
