I was looking for an armchair investment for my portfolio for a while and came across the loft apartments at The Coral. I bought a unit in the first phase and it comes with guaranteed rental income. Everything is taken care of so it’s just ideal.
I've been trying to get the deed to the property I paid for since 2009 in Brazil. Went there last year for the first time and the lot that I bought that was supposed to be beachfront was a block away from the beach. The plot plan showing a beachfront lot was fraudulent. They keep making excuses and adding charges that they say I have not paid, in order to get my deed. And as far as buying property from them in Florida... go to a reputable realtor.
