This is the 2nd time that we've used Mark for a Loan Service, first was a refinance and the latest one a new Home Loan. Both times Mark's service has been nothing but exceptional. In this instance, he's gone over and above to ensure that we got what we requested and needed in a very short time frame, he put failsafe measures in place (with a faster process institute) just in case we couldn't get ours over the line in time for Finance call in.
