I moved to Briarwood Bay back in 1996 and it was an awesome place to live. Did you know your kids could actually walk down the road with no worries back then? and we had a pool to enjoy. Grant it the roads are getting fixed but what happened to community activities? I miss the way the Bay use to be ran..Halloween parties, hayrides, etc..But now people are being charged outragiously and expected to pay alot in bulk, has anyone thought it may be easier for people on a fixed income to split the expenses to make them easier to p... read more

Tinkerbell, lets hope this "element" moved out: FACTS: There are not enough property owners votes for a quorum on electing Board members. Therefore none are voted in or out. If you attend Board meetings, budget expenses are thoroughly recorded and discussed. Many of us who want our properties to appreciate in value, volunteer on various projects.
