They don't have a union, they are AT WILL. They will keep you as long as you're not making a good salary then when you're about to get a raise they tend to go through people that I enjoyed seeing/that helped me that are no longer there. A co-op, should take pride in its workers, not deny them unemployment (which several previous friends who've worked there were,) and give you notice before they fire you AT WILL.
