Mum’s been in Briarlea for just over a year now and I wouldn’t want her anywhere else. It’s small enough to be homely so everything feels personal. We’ve got to know all of the carers and they know all of our family. There’s always lots of things going on for the residents- it feels like home from home. Would definitely recommend
Always very clean, warm and also very friendly. They care for each individual and also have a wide range of activities and various menus.
So pleased I found this care home for my Aunt. Cannot speak highly enough of the kindness and patience demonstrated by all the staff. The residents are kept fully engaged with weekly activities, catering is amazing and regular outings are organised as appropriate. Being family owned it is a real ‘home from home’.
I can't tell you in words how good and caring Briarlea we're looking after my mum Betty Mum was with Briarlea for nearly 2 years all the staff are so hind and loving and become almost family of the residents They looked after Mum for nearly 2 weeks on end of life care.they went above and beyond with the care for my mum.
