Just had to deal with these folks over some medical records. The front desk lady who called was so rude it was DISTURBING! October 1st, 2025 at 1 pm ish.
Excellent caring staff. Could check on mom a little bit more. Well maintained building. XL rooms with all vital needs met. Individual heat/air controls too. Food was tasty per mom. Lacking was a water container for bedside. Had to bring my own. Had to ask for towels to help mom bath. Can not complain. So happy we opted for Briarfield Place for mom's rehab post hosp stay.

Very nice place inside and out , clean and welcoming but management needs to step up and get rid of the bad links before things get worse. As they say it only takes on bad apple to ruin the bunch! My relative has been there a few weeks now, majority of employees are amazing and friendly but every single day this Jayda worker is just nasty towards my loved one to the point she dosnt even want to call for help anymore although that’s the point of her being there!
