Please help me understand, I’m confined to the bed. After lunch and dinner, they say they can’t help me , they have to collect the trays. I wait anywhere from 30 minutes to a hour. My mom was just placed there last week and they have been fantastic! The staff is friendly, and extremely attentive. The PT and OT are getting her back on her feet!
