Fast well done
Tour setup was easy and timely. Nancy was welcoming and quite thorough. Able to view two apartment layouts. Provided with enough information to move forward to application process. A small hiccup with completing application...Nancy was helpful in directing me in ways to provide all needed documentation. Small miscommunication regarding actual security deposit...not an issue with Nancy, just a result of the application process and my personal information. I am pleased, so far.
Management cares about resident's needs. They have made multiple improvements to our building. They respond to service request in a timely manner.
I love my new place,so much 😍 I especially love the pond and the nature ! Also the community room with free coffee and the free laundry!
