Briarcliff seems unique to me because it is an apartment building in a quiet natural setting with a beautiful little pond with ducks and their babies and deer in the backyard, as well as garden space for flowers and vegetables.There is lots of community space to meet new friends and the apartments are charming. I had the opportunity to speak with several residents and found them friendly and delightful!
Very quick response with very expert installation
Need more lighting and more definition of the curb outside especially at night. My daughter came to visit and couldn't see the curbside and fell and broke her ankle and also had to have surgery on it. This is a big concern and Nancy didn't have much to say other than my grandkids we not allowed to have any hot chocolate in the community room.The hot chocolate problem has been taken care of.
Very nice place to live. Does need more guest parking
