Guys at the shop are super knowledgeable and friendly. Can't recommend them enough!
My first experience at Briar Ridge Bikes was a quick tire sealant refill after flatting on the way from North Liberty. Next stop was a cable replacement. They are up front with the cost of repair and provide a quality service. I look forward to servicing my bike here for a tune-up.
I wanted try something different than the Iowa City shops and I'm glad I did. Alex and Tony were super helpful in fixing my vintage Bianchi that I use to commute to/from school. It was super reasonably priced and I was pleasantly surprised that they give a 30% discount for tune-ups for students!
This is definitely a good bike shop came in here while on tour and the guys were real friendly and helpful. Shop was clean and they have a good assortment of all bikes. Keep up the good work guys your work and customer service is the best of any shop I've been to...
