Alex & Tony scored me an awesome Scott Spark RC Comp with 40% off. Theyre quick to assemble bikes with accuracy and have fast turn around times for repairs. They also helped me out selling my old bike. I like the neutral atmosphere of the store, but i wonder what happened to the beer fridge they had at their old location 🤔
Stopped by the shop today to get my derailleur adjusted because it wasn't shifting properly. The guys told me to bring it in (Lectric 3.0XP). They dropped what they were doing and adjusted it in about 1 minute. Asked what they needed, and they said we were good. Told me to bring it in for a tune-up (I bought it on line) as sometimes from the factory things may need torquing or adjustments. I WILL be back, very nice crew and need Solon's and the areas support.👍👍👍👍👍.
I bought a used bike for my daughter that needed some tuning up. Stopped in at Briar Ridge and Tony was so helpful. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend!
Earlier this spring, I went to Briar Ridge Bikes looking for an XC MTB. Alex and Tony were incredibly patient and helpful when fitting me with the perfect bike for my needs. After some discussion, I went home with this beautiful Scott Spark! They have also helped me upgrade my gravel bike and some other funky projects. We brought a bike in to be serviced for my husband and they got me into a bike perfectly fitted to my size! Reasonable prices and emphasis on bike safety, as a bonus! Friendly, affordable, & small business = a new customer here, we will back with any biking needs in the future!
