There a better places than here but there's also much worse places. I've been trying to speak with someone in management for the last couple weeks and my calls get transferred to an answering machine with no return call. I've sent some packages to my relative here that he never received. It's an issue I'm attempting to ameliorate. This location has a hospital feel with no open windows. Home is where the heart is.
I have not been able to speak with the resident that I have guardianship of in MONTHS. The line is either busy or they transfer me to a floor that doesn't answer within 5 minutes (that's the longest I will wait.) I should go on but it gets more personal. PLEASE DO NOT send your loved one here
I am surprised that there are not any lawsuits filed on this place
THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. ABUSE, NEGLECT ETC!!!!! My friend's husband was here and they had to bust him out!!! He was beat up over his entire body. They would not let him use the phone or visit his family for the day like they did before. He was clearly not being taken care of, and they were trying to cover up the abuse and neglect.
