This is a terrible place. First of all it's disgusting. The food is inedible. The staff doesn't care, it feels more like a social setting where the staff filled with mostly women just go around judging the residents. The have spy residents that tell on one another. There is no privacy. Multiple people have walked in while I was showering and using the restroom. There is absolutely no respect. The staff come in to the residents room without authization and rumage through personal belongings. I hope this place gets shut down. ... read more

Never send a loved one any money there for any birthdays or any other reason I sent a patient their money twice one for his birthday and one to buy coffee he never got either amount never send cash it is so sad that somebody has to take it from them when they really have nothing to look forward to in that place. i have also been calling for 2 weeks. they put you on hold and walk away or they hang up on you. no one E V E R returns a call. horrible place. when i went to visit i cried. it is dirty and most staff are very rude. ... read more

There a better places than here but there's also much worse places. I've been trying to speak with someone in management for the last couple weeks and my calls get transferred to an answering machine with no return call. I've sent some packages to my relative here that he never received. It's an issue I'm attempting to ameliorate. This location has a hospital feel with no open windows.
