I would easily rate your sourdough a 5, but over the last month or so the loafs I am purchasing have huge holes. I am used to small holes, but of late it has been a noticeable difference in the size of the holes. I will support your local business even over SLO Sourdough, but you need to address this issue please. Thank you!
Just had Brian's Bread for the first time at Vista Restaurant and my life has been forever changed! Lol Seriously though, it's THE BEST I'VE EVER HAD!!! And I grew up eating and thinking my local bakery at home was the best. We will be ordering from Brian's Artisan Bread Company!

Crumbles like dirt. Doesn't taste good. Probably the poorest quality flour.
