Absolutely fantastic customer service. They aren't your "quick service" oil change kind of place because they actually care. Chuck has even come out to my house when a car was broke down and wouldn't start. Very competitive pricing compared to dealerships. I can only speak for Chuck because he's the guy who has taken care of us but this is a great local business to support from what I've experienced.
Only go there for tires really but the price can't be beat! If you're in need of a new or used tire for cheap he's your man hands down.
I am co-owner of a company who has a fleet of 12 autos. We have been using Brian's auto for a couple years now. Some of our employees use them too. They are reasonable, timely and very conscientious of our needs. Chuck tells us what services are needed or may be due soon but we never feel pressured. This is a good business that I trust with all our vehicles.
Great place and nice, honest people. My car had broken down nearby and they were able to get it in and fixed that same day without trying to sell me on unnecessary additional repairs. Their facility appeared very clean and organized, with a large comfortable waiting area. Although I live in a different area of the city, I will certainly consider taking my car back to them for repairs and maintenance in the future. I did not feel pressured or overcharged in any way.
I had a small accident on a snowy day. The day after (a Friday), I called 5 repair shops and no one could fit me in to even take a look. I called Brian's Auto and the guy who answered the phone (Chuck) said that even though they weren't technically open on Saturday, he'd be around and I could bring it in that morning. I did, and he diagnosed the problem (bent wheel), gave me an estimate, put a spare tire on the car, and even drove around a bit with me with the spare on to see if that solved the issue temporarily (it did).
