I have had a really positive experience with Blue Coast Psychotherapy in Sarnia. I came in for anxiety, depression, and trauma treatment and felt listened to and supported throughout the process. I have made incredible progress (coming from someone that was initially hesitant to start therapy), and have nothing but positive things to say. Also such a warm and welcoming space that I really look forward to my appointments. Highly recommend if you're looking for therapy in Sarnia
