This man was referred to us in June 2015 we paid him $4,500 initially we were able to contact him, he promised to file several motions, became unreachable for weeks and months at a time, he would miss court dates and showed up late 2 out of the 4 court dates, with several excuses. Brian approached me at a calendar call and was very good at selling himself as a lawyer. He had heard the charges against me in court that day and made several promises as far as what he could do to help me, such as getting the case dismissed, etc. At the time, based on what he was saying and his approach, I was confident he could provide a strong representation.
