Working with Brian Thomas at Fairway Independent Mortgage was a great experience. I would recommend him and his team if you're looking for mortgage options. They were very knowledgeable and always available to answer any of my questions. They made me feel like I was their number one client and they made the process so simple and understandable. The videos they use to help guide you through the process was a welcome addition. I plan to use Brian and his team in the near future for a second home purchase.
This was my second house I bought and I got to say the service Brian and the team demonstrates was above and beyond! They worked so hard to make sure everything went smoothly and always communicated with me about anything. Buying a house is always stressful but the team made it so easy for me. After looking for lenders for awhile a family member recommended this one. The first time I called they were very nice and collected basic information well. Other lenders weren’t confident they could get me a loan but Brian Spronz always reassured me it would happen in time.
