Brian helped us do our first refinance. He walked us through how federal reports and current events could affect the interest rates and guided us through different scenarios that could play out favorably for us. He was connecting with us for probably 6 months by the time we decided we were ready to process the refi, answering our questions the whole way through. We do plan on another refi in the future as rates hopefully continue to decrease and would definitely use Brian and his associates again.
