Brian is apparently unable to do tax returns at this time. He promises to have them prepared by certain dates and does not deliver. He leaves his clients subject to penalties and doesn’t respond. Very disappointed.

DO NOT USE BRIAN! Had a terrible experience. I went in for him to collect all my numbers to input for my tax return. For some reason he wrote it all down on a piece of paper instead of just inputting it into the computer. Then he told me to come back in a week and he'd have everything ready. Well I come back a week later and he LOST everything that I gave him. Including printed 1099s that I didn't have backup copies of. So we had to start ALL OVER. Literally hours of my time were wasted. We really wanted to like Brian. He did a good job for us previously. But if you check Yelp, you will see from others with similar reviews this year, he dropped the ball and left us hanging at tax time. He told us several times he would send his portal link and never did. We were considerate of his time and took him at his word that he would send the link but by the beginning of April it was clear that we needed to cut him loose. Terrible thing to do to your clients. As a bookkeeper, I absolutely love working with Brian. He is very very smart about tax code and tax law, and helps his clients prepare for tax season. He doesn't wait till the last minute to do the tax returns!
