We really wanted to like Brian. He did a good job for us previously. But if you check Yelp, you will see from others with similar reviews this year, he dropped the ball and left us hanging at tax time. He told us several times he would send his portal link and never did. We were considerate of his time and took him at his word that he would send the link but by the beginning of April it was clear that we needed to cut him loose. Terrible thing to do to your clients.
