Brian’s team is exceptional. Made our first time home buying experience smooth and (I can’t believe I’m saying) easy. But that’s because of Brian’s team guided me every step of the way. They were able to pre approve me right away, the evening before I needed to make an offer. And they didn’t stop to get me the lowest possible rate they could get me. Shout out to Brian, Greg, and Rachel! CMG as a whole was the best resource during the home buying process as a first time home buyer. They offered plenty of guidance and advice that benefitted my family in the long run and advocated for me when they noticed escrow had made an error.
